1950s Grund Novelty "Test Quest" strength tester with fortune. Black trunk paint. A lot going on here for a penny, you get your strength tested and a fortune all for a penny. What a Deal.
Note; It plays but, the Dial needle stick on return, not sure what the problem is, I'm sure its an easy fix. Priced accordingly in Monthly Special at half the price.
