Mills 1948 Jewel Bell Hi-Top 10 cent, This is a very nice machine restored, painted Wrinkle black. Hammer gold, trimmed in red. Original mint condition award card, original back door with Mills lock, original cash box. Plays very easy. 3-5 pay out. The only thing that is not original on this machine is the reel strips.
