1947 Mills Jewel Bell Hi-Top 25 cent, Perviiously restored, Painted Gloss black. All the trim on this machine has been nickel plated to add a little flash to the black color. Mint condition new award card, NO JACKPOT, new back door, original reel strips, new cash box oak cabinet. Plays very easy, pays as it should.
