Mills 1948 Blue Bell Hi-Top 5 cent, In original condition other then the base has been painted black. Award card, reel strips, Jackpot with reserve, back door with Mills lock with one key, cash box, oak cabinet are near mint condition. Still has the original paper inspection tag and serial number on the inside of the cabinet and mechanism. Plays very easy.
