Mills 1948 Bonus Hi-Top 5 cent in original condition with the Hard to find Bonus feature, original reel strips, original back door, money box door, original cash box, all locks are Mills locks with two keys.

When the BONUS letters on the first reel come up in order, corresponding letters will appear at the top right of the machine. Once the entire word BONUS is spelled out, you win 18 coins. This was another way Mills would try to keep people playing longer and if you had almost all the letters showing, it was hard to walk away.

When I open the cash box, I found all the original paper work  for this machine. The escalator and Jackpot look to be in new condition. There are no paint chips around the reel window from coins being dropped down the front of the machine. From what I can see, there is no evidence this machine was in service, If you are looking for a nice original machine untouched here you are. This machine is a 9 1/2 out of a 10. Cleaned, lube and adjusted . Ready for many years of trouble free play.
